As a board member of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors Canada, Arthur joined industry leaders to close the TSX on the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia.
Arthur Lam joined fellow members of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors Canada to close the market at the Toronto Stock Exchange in recognition of the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia.
The event highlighted the importance of inclusive leadership in corporate governance. At a time when some organizations are retreating from commitments to equity and inclusion, these institutions reaffirmed that diversity is a business imperative.
LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors Canada is the first and only organization in the country focused on supporting and connecting LGBTQ+ board members and aspiring directors. Arthur serves on the board as part of his ongoing work to advance representation in leadership across sectors.
