Kirsten Gallacher-Paquette

An executive People & Culture leader and entrepreneur, Kirsten is the Founder of CONNECTassociates Inc. It is through extensive experience in partnering with senior business leaders and Board members that Kirsten has gained a strong business acumen, enabling her to build and scale the CONNECT team. Her ability to create progressive people strategies to design, recruit and retain highly engaged teams has contributed greatly to helping numerous organizations achieve, and exceed, their strategic goals.

Her career and consulting practice has spanned across a wide range of organizations, including privately held; non-profit, and publicly traded sectors. Industry knowledge gained from a variety of highly regulated environments including: healthcare, privacy, identity and payments, financial services, and other organizations focused on innovation, has made her an expert in advising and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative regulations.

In addition to her wide range of work experience, her passion for giving back to communities has led to her volunteer board membership with The Ottawa Hospital Auxiliary, Service Coordination Support, and volunteer work with The uOttawa Innovation Lab, the KN-BIA HR Leadership Council, the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization, as well as several other community-based programs.
