Laurel Ostfield is the Co-Founder and CEO of 996 Advisors, a Toronto-based firm specializing in data intelligence for reputation risk management. With a global perspective shaped by her extensive experience in strategic brand building and crisis communications, Laurel helps companies leverage AI and human insight to transform how businesses predict and mitigate emerging reputation risks.

Prior to launching 996 Advisors in 2022 alongside Emmanuel Caisse, Laurel designed and built in-house communications departments at the global and national level. She has spearheaded successful brand campaigns across Asia, North America, and Europe, demonstrating expertise in crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management.
