Originally trained as a chemical engineer, Samantha has built a distinguished career at the intersection of finance, governance, and strategic communications. She served as Head of Investor Relations at Intact Financial Corporation and Genworth Canada, and held senior roles at CIBC World Markets in Debt Origination, Derivatives, and Investment Banking. Her executive experience across varied industries provides a comprehensive understanding of how to align investor expectations with corporate strategy and operational realities.

Samantha has led transformative initiatives across Canada's financial and educational sectors, including co-founding FinStart, a nonprofit organization focused on financial literacy for youth. She currently serves as a Board Trustee at Queen's University and sits on the Investment Committees of the Appleby College Foundation and the Boann Social Impact Fund.
